Julie can you please share a few examples of types of transactions where a recurring manual journal helps?

Mo from Wafeq, a recurring journal entry, helps in amortizing prepayments and deferrals. We've been using it in other accounting software where we need to post similar transactions, such as amortization of prepayments for monthly rent, monthly visa expenses, and monthly subscription fees. We are also using it to recognize monthly income for advance payments made by the customers specially if they are paying on an annual basis. We can use it also for accruing expenses especially those changes that have few changes.
For a placeholder, it is important so that when we set the recurring journal entry, we can put in the description, "Amortization for the month of {month and year}"
Also, if you can add a feature where you can automatically compute the amortization based on the period. For example an annual payment was made for the period of January 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026. First amortization will be from January 15 to January 31, full month amortization for February and so on.
Thank you.
