MYOB or XERO dashboard so you can quickly see overview of accounts. Ideally with APP so can easily check & upload receipts & invoice from phone.

Most cloud based softwares have the ability to view status graphs and charts to easily monitor company status. This can easily be integrated with fetching cvs to the a microsoft BI for example
